Your tasks and responsibilities
- Gathering and analyzing business needs and acting as interface between Business and IT department
- Support IT developers to transform existing real estate business processes into applications (write IT requirements)
- Improve and develop specific Real Estate Application within Oracle data base and Oracle Apex environment
- Collaborate internally to ensure internal data flow to serve our systems and allow correct and complete reporting (interface development and maintenance)
- Test, approve and document the created solutions
- Act as application owner for real estate IT applications
- Participate in IT projects involving data processing
Your skills and experience
- Degree in computer science, business management or comparable professional training
- Advanced experience in database projects, SQL scripting and Oracle Apex development
- Experience in writing IT requirements
- Know How of processes in capital management company and/or Real Estate sector would be an advantage
- Knowledge in manual and automated testing as well as documentation would be appreciated
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German language would be an asset
