For a client in thebanking industry,we are looking for a person to fill the position ofSenior Business Analyst

This role is specifically cover Optima Wholesale which houses Risk and Finance reportingleveraged for different key processes and reports. The position requires acandidate with general management skills, leadership abilities and administrativeexperience, who can manage and lead a variety of activities geared at helping manage aglobal organization with resources and providing data & analytics solutions across lines of businesses. This includes building ties with other business teams.

• Business Analysis, documentation of requirements
• Lead tasks and responsibilities associated with the planning, directing, coordination andsupport of CO deliverables under Credit Risk Data and Technology Team.
• Manage a group of junior analysts within the team and work collaboratively with toachieve desired goal.
• Ability to get work done without have direct management responsibilities.
• Ability to delegate but take responsibility for overall progress reporting.

Your tasks

• Support the Credit Risk D&T Team with alignment to CDGP Policy activities include but arenot limited to the following.
• Analysing current controls across for Optima Wholesale
• Identifying and establishing data ownership with Business/Risk contacts
• Collaborating with Technology, data governance team to establish the state ofaffair with Optima
• Documenting all identified gaps
• Creating a comprehensive remediation plan across all modules in scope
• Capturing requirements for embedding the required controls in our BAU processaround requirements intake and general implementation considerations
