responsibilities :
Translating business requirements into Veeva application requirements
Leading analysis projects
Facilitating the discussion of requirements among stakeholders
Documenting outputs to provide data-driven recommendations
Assessing processes based on data analytics and testing
Determining the present and possible future business processes,
Detailing corrections, possible improvements and impact
Developing training/guidance literature and materials including process maps
Assuring high quality of requirements and support in backlog prioritization
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (or equivalent)
Experience working with Regulatory frameworks (Veeva knowledge is a plus)
Experience in Visio process map generation and business process modelling
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and agile project delivery skills
Knowledge of Change Management processes in regulatory / GxP systems
Experience in the Pharma industry
Fluent English
