We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our EPAM Poland team and drive technology solutions that align with business objectives.

In this role, you will engage with stakeholders to capture requirements, lead the design of IT systems, and ensure successful implementation while maintaining a focus on innovation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

1. Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand and meet business requirements
2. Translate business needs into detailed technical documentation
3. Collaborate with technical teams to drive project delivery within an Agile framework
4. Conduct impact analysis for current and future states
5. Identify and implement opportunities to improve business processes
6. Facilitate workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews
7. Create and maintain high-quality specification documentation
8. Act as a liaison between business units and development teams
9. Stay updated on industry trends to provide innovative solutions
10. Support business growth by leveraging technology

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or enterprise software products
2. Proficient in SQL for querying databases and performing data analysis
3. Experience designing and working with APIs and system integrations
4. Understanding of the software development life cycle
5. Strong knowledge of Agile practices and other software development methodologies
6. Skilled in requirement management and specification documentation
7. Experience in business process modeling and analysis (e.g., UML)
8. Proficiency in various Business Analysis techniques and tools
9. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
10. Familiarity with multiple business domains and processes
11. Quick adaptation to new processes and standards
12. Excellent client management and stakeholder relationship skills
13. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
14. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multi-disciplinary team
15. Capable of self-management and thorough work verification
16. High level of responsibility for deliverable quality
17. Fluent in spoken and written English

Nice to have

1. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP)
2. Experience with advanced data analytics tools
