Project for a client from the insurance sector – transformation of claims and benefits handling processes.

Your roles and responsibilities

• Analysis of current claims and benefits handling processes
• Identification of areas requiring transformation
• Creating process maps and defining business requirements
• Cooperation with IT and business during the implementation of new processes
• Monitoring the effectiveness of implementations and recommending improvements

What we expect

• At least 8 years of experience in business analysis in the area of claims and/or benefits handling
• Experience in transformation projects in the insurance sector
• Very good knowledge of claims handling processes, regulations, and systems
• Highly developed analytical skills, including data analysis, trend identification, and creating recommendations
• Experience in conducting analytical workshops and effective cooperation with stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and openness to discussion
• Nice to have: Very good command of the English language

FAQ

We will invite you for a phone interview, followed by a technical interview, which takes place remotely. A project qualification stage is also possible, where we can ask you to attend a client meeting or coding session.

The interview takes place remotely and lasts about an hour. You will meet with a recruiter and one or two technical leaders who will verify your technical knowledge and ask you to solve recruitment tasks.

We always try to accommodate your needs. Most often we make appointments in the morning (8:00-9:00) or afternoon (15:00-16:00).
