In this role, you’ll be a key member working with experienced studios focusing on various mobile game genres (from MMORPGs to Puzzle and Hybrid Casual titles) as well as Huuuge’s BA, BI/Analytics Platform, Marketing and Finance teams.

Your responsibilities

• Business value creation by delivering data products – duties and responsibilities ranging from designing, developing and testing e.g., tables, dashboards and visualization dashboards across the PODs and other functions.
• Design, develop and test, and/or guide as applicable, PODs in data points and events integration into their game products.
• Translating PODs’ / Pod Leaders’, stakeholders’ and cross-functional needs into sophisticated data products, insights and answers.
• Support the design and implementation of product initiatives and monitor their progress.
• Develop frameworks, models, and tools to ensure data influences decisions at all levels.
• Deep-dive product, monetization and related analyses, models and presentations based on data findings and insights.
• Working hands on with PODs in A/B testing, segmentation and related needs – specifically from statistical point of view with design, analysis and recommendations.
• Potential 3rd party analytics services (e.g., Amplitude / equivalent) and tools management, including setup, implementation and usage.

Our requirements

• Sufficient education / degree for the role + experience & skills in games data analysis.
• Firm experience in analytics and big data ecosystems.
• Experience in design and development in visualization systems (Tableau).
• Advanced level in SQL and experience working with in analytical databases (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and relational databases.
• Advanced level in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience in deep as well as high-end data research and analysis – specifically in turning data into insights and actionable items.
• Experience in BI tools.
• Analytical mind and effective combination of qualitative and quantitative skills.
• Sufficient knowledge in F2P games – knowing product, marketing, monetization (both IAP and Ad Mon) and relevant commercial KPIs and layers inside-out.
• Understanding of the mobile games’ product, marketing and monetization data funnels.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and projects.
• Solid communication, documentation and presentation skills in English.
• Experience with Python on BA side – strong advantage.
• Experience with data engineering – big plus.
