For our Client from the pharmaceutical industry we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting requirements, creating use cases, modeling business processes, conducting workshops techniques
- Providing clear formulation of ideas and ensuring clear communication of objectives and requirements to stakeholders
- Eliciting and defining requirements at multiple levels (user requirements, functional and non-functional requirements)
- Defining and setting the scope of the project/release/sprint
- Translating requirements into specifications, ability to use precise technical language, creating high-quality documentation
- Managing and working with stakeholders in order to understand business needs
Requirements:
- At least 5-years of experience
- Expert knowledge regarding Business Analysis (areas & techniques)
- Experience with BPMN and UML
- Analytical thinking ability, collecting requirements, creating use cases, modeling business processes, conducting workshops techniques
- Practical knowledge of issues related to usability of systems/ application
- Expert ability to elicit and define requirements on many levels (User requirements, functional and non-functional requirements)
- Practical knowledge of requirements definition techniques (use cases and scenarios, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Practical knowledge of analytical artifacts (process modeling, process mapping, conceptual and logical modelling, data dictionary, requirements modeling, business rules, decision tables, etc.)
- Practical understanding of agile software development processes and principles; understanding of waterfall processes and differences between the two approaches
