We are seeking a Business Analyst who will communicate with clients to understand project requirements, evaluate current processes for improvements, and document specific requirements based on clients needs.
responsibilities :
Requirements elicitation (using different techniques)
Business Goals, Needs and Objectives Definition
Data analysis to ensure features are aligned with product Goals / Needs / Objectives and deliver the most Potential Solution Value
Translation of business needs into requirements (Functional, Non-functional, Transition)
Epics / Use Cases / User Stories creation based on selected BA documents structure (including Acceptance Criteria)
Collaboration with stakeholders, SMEs, Development and QA teams
Planning of Business Analysis Approach on the Project
Playing Scrum Master role if needed
Conducting Technical Interviews for BA positions
Mentoring and coaching other BAs in the organization
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of relevant BA experience
Experience in creating different types of requirements
Ability to identify inconsistencies in project requirements
Experience in working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) or classic ones (e.g., Waterfall)
Ability to plan Business Analysis Approach on the project and facilitate related communication
Ability to create/adapt a set of templates to be used in the project
Experience in creating diagrams (UML, BPMN)
Understanding and ability to propose suitable software development processes and influence/enhance it
Ability to effectively manage the scope of requirements within the project (communicate to stakeholders potential scope creep and manage such risk)
Ability to support solution testing/UAT
General knowledge about UX/UI and the ability to take part in designing activities
Ability to coach/mentor others and relevant experience
Self-managing skills, ability to take full responsibility for a subsystem or a whole project, work without supervision
Ability to effectively communicate with team members in complex environments (multi-cultural/multi-country/geographically distributed team) and customer representatives
English, at least at a C1 level. Comfortably able to read, write and speak with customers; able to write high-quality, unambiguous texts
