We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in data analysis, business requirements gathering, and IT integration. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to align business architecture, refine features, conduct data quality checks, and support end-user acceptance testing. The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, and expertise in Agile methodologies, demonstrating excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
Hybrid work - one day per week from the office
responsibilities :
Creating business requirements for Business and IT developers
Ensuring business architectural and/or model alignment
Providing end-user support to stakeholders
Integrating tests and supporting stakeholders in acceptance tests
Accepting data quality checks and doing feature refinement
Analyzing data flows and large data sets
Support new systems integration to existing IT infrastructure
requirements-expected :
Bachelors or Master’s in Finance, Banking, IT or experience in relevant area
Fluency in English
8+ years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of SQL
Demonstrate excellent analytical and technical skills and ability to analyze large data set
Prior experience working with data models & building Data solutions
SAFe or other Agile methodologies
