Top-notch AWS technologies-based IoT project in the Real Estate domain, which includes hardware as part of the system. The company owns apartments that are equipped with thermostats and smart locks. We develop the software for monitoring the status of these devices and managing them remotely, changing settings, giving access, performing service, etc. We work on front-end, back-end, and mobile applications.

PROJECT’S GLOBAL IMPACT

YOUR ROLE

• Regular communication with PO and stakeholders in the US;
• Requirements elaboration and management (business processes and workflows, functional and non-functional requirements, User Stories slicing, UI wireframes);
• Acting as a Proxy PO for the team (Backlog ownership and prioritization, support dev team on requirements, Grooming meetings);
• Designers activity support.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst in IT;
• Ability to handle several teams simultaneously & manage big volumes of data;
• Being proactive & suggesting solutions based on the information from the stakeholders;
• Good communication skills. Ability to present results of your work to PO and stakeholders;
• Experience in direct communication with US customers, engaging stakeholders and building trust;
• Experience in gathering, formalization, and management of requirements and change requests;
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of BA best practices and standards in IT industry. Good knowledge & adherence to Agile methodologies;
• Experience as a BA in starting new projects, project streams, discovery phase analysis. Experience in eliciting requirements from scratch.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in one of the following spheres: IoT, Mobile, Technical background.
