We are an office-first company, embracing a hybrid model with 3 days a week in the office. responsibilities : Perform ongoing analysis of massive data sets to understand user behavior and provide actionable recommendations in different areas of the product Define and build dashboards, reports, and analyses for different departments to help monitor game KPIs and understand connections between different KPIs and player or market behaviors Build prediction models and causal inference models that support long term growth and monetization Work in close collaboration with the product, game economy, and monetization departments to achieve KPI goals requirements-expected : 4+ years’ experience as an analyst in data driven organizations.
