We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst for one of our clients.
responsibilities :
Model and document value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data.
Elicit, analyze, and maintain business needs, requirements, and user stories.
Transfer business, user, and technical needs into formal business requirement specifications.
Contribute to systems design, testing, quality assurance, and change management.
Design, validate, and test business processes to achieve continuous process excellence.
Collaborate with process owners to identify and implement opportunities for service improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness gains.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 8 years of IT relevant professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of project experience relevant to the profile or at a similar position.
Certifications: At least 2 certifications from the following: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent. Certified UML Professional certificate (foundation level) or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent.
Language: Minimum English language skills at CEFR C1 level.
Demonstrated experience having gone through at least one complete software solution lifecycle.
Proficiency in business process modelling using BPMN notation.
Expertise in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis.
Familiarity with analysis/modelling notations like UML (e.g., capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model).
Proficiency in modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect, or equivalents.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively.
