Join our newly formed Release Team that will play a key role in delivery of various enhancements originating from project and/or BAU needs.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting financial integration, data feeds and MI projects as a Senior Business Analyst.
  • Shaping and defining desired business outcomes.
  • Conducting business analysis activities for projects and programmes.
  • Ensuring proposed solutions align with business needs and maintain integrity.
  • Identifying, owning, and managing key risks, IT controls, and Business Protection standards.
  • Addressing problems and challenges according to policy, processes, and guidelines using technical expertise.
  • Recommending changes based on expert analysis and prior problem-solving experiences.
  • Assisting project resources by providing advice or resolving complex issues.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with the project team and extended stakeholders, including sponsors, business representatives, external experts, and suppliers.
  • Actively participate in requirements prioritization by providing essential input.

What we’re looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, covering all stages of the project lifecycle (minimum of 3-5 years preferred).
  • Experience working on large-scale assignments in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of key finance processes.
  • Attention to detail as a data specialist.
  • Proficiency in logical and physical data modelling.
  • Coordination of key design decisions.
  • Identification and support of test scenarios.
  • Experience supporting policy migrations.
  • Capability to mentor and lead less experienced Business Analysts.
  • Knowledge of change management processes and an openness to experimenting with new ways of working and solutions (embracing a fail-fast approach).
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, combined with innovative thinking to drive outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively to a diverse range of individuals and influence business stakeholders while facilitating change.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, demonstrating resilience and comfort in leading, negotiating, and influencing to achieve necessary deliverables.
  • Experience working within a Scrum framework and agile practices.
  • Expertise in gathering and critically evaluating business requirements, along with strong discovery skills.
  • Detailed knowledge and application of business analysis tools and techniques.

Desired skills:

  • Knowledge of finance and actuarial or other insurance processes
  • Knowledge of IFRS17 and/or Solvency II reporting
  • Familiarity with secure file transfer methods and scheduling
  • Proficiency in JIRA/Confluence/Visio
