ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
o Analyze production costs and material expenses to create comprehensive business cases for new projects (RFQs).
o Review and provide insights on CAPEX, tooling investments, and logistics costs.
o Lead the team in finding the best cost solutions while ensuring accuracy in financial assumptions.
o Assess product profitability from the award phase to start of production (SOP).
o Identify and analyze profitability variance drivers, ensuring robust action plans are in place.
o Prepare consolidated reports for Europe and global stakeholders.
o Monitor costs against authorized spending and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
o Analyze tooling margins and manage profit forecasts.
o Engage in ad hoc projects that support our financial goals and enhance team performance.
o Master’s degree in Finance or Industrial Engineering.
o 2-3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with a focus on project management, finance, or business development. / mandatory /
o Advanced Excel skills (database management, pivot tables). / mandatory /
o Proficiency in Business English. / mandatory /
o SAP practical knowledge is a plus.
o Automotive industry experience preferred.
o Self-starter with strong independent task management abilities.
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial colleagues.
o Ability to engage with all levels of the organization, including Directors and VPs.
