How we work - remote/hybrid work:

  • Employees up to 50 km from the office (Katowice) - 4 times a month
  • Employees from 50 to 100 km from the office - 2 times a month
  • Employees over 100 km - remote work

Basics

  • Previous working experience as an IT Business Analyst for 3 years
  • MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant fields
  • Knowledge of BPMN or UML , in terms of process modeling
  • Familiar with microservices architecture and REST API
  • Database understanding (SQL skills)
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Previous experience working in SCRUM team
  • Creative thinker
  • Attention to details
  • Fluent in English
