Your responsibilities

  • drive data-driven improvements in fulfillment processes, unlocking new opportunities in our high-growth business
  • prioritize workload and tasks within a small team of data analysts, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with business priorities
  • collaborate with key business & tech leaders to develop effective and easy-to-use data models built on newly launched SaaS solutions
  • support data migration from legacy systems, while ensuring business continuity
  • enhance operational transparency by developing user-friendly dashboards to track KPIs and identify trends
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Tech, and Central Data) to develop scalable data models and reporting solutions
  • increase data literacy across the organization by enabling stakeholders to leverage analytics effectively

Our requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, supply chain management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or supply chain analytics
  • proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel; knowledge of Snowflake and version control systems (e.g., GitHub/GitLab) is a plus
  • basic understanding of Python or another programming language
  • experience leading or mentoring a small team (e.g., task prioritization, coaching in BI tools, and fostering collaboration)
  • strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels of seniority
  • experience in dbt and/or VBA is a plus
  • fluency in English is required

As a Senior Business Analyst in our Operations Team, you will play a key role in shaping our supply chain and logistics strategy by leveraging data analytics and business intelligence. Collaborating closely with senior business leaders, you will provide valuable insights using tools like Snowflake and Tableau, enabling data-driven decision-making to optimize our operations.

Additionally, you will lead a team of data analysts and ensuring smooth collaboration with our central data team.

This position is unlimited and located in Robakowo.
