We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Cybersecurity Operations and Intelligence team. This role is pivotal in driving the delivery of a Target Operating Model (TOM), supporting the strategic direction of Cyber Operations, and ensuring the successful implementation of new system developments and enhancements. You will collaborate with business representatives and delivery teams to ensure best practices in technical solution development, delivering high-quality and cost-efficient solutions on time. This position reports directly to the Head of Cybersecurity Operations Programme Delivery.

,[Define the Operations TOM and clear business outcomes in collaboration with key stakeholders., Capture and maintain traceable business and technical requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle., Ensure quality assurance of builds against business requirements., Develop and support business case submissions and expected business value., Provide programme insights to governance forums, ExCo, and Steering Committees., Identify and articulate risks and dependencies across programmes and teams., Support and mentor junior Business Analysts., Produce and deliver user test plans aligned with business and technical requirements., Manage governance processes for system delivery and operational processes., Contribute to business transition plans and ensure smooth handover to BAU. Requirements: Use cases, User stories, SAFe, Communication skills, MS Office, Visio, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, Stakeholder management Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, International projects.
