Join us as a Senior Business Analyst and make an impact on global security initiatives! We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Cybersecurity Operations and Intelligence team. This role is pivotal in driving the delivery of a Target Operating Model (TOM), supporting the strategic direction of Cyber Operations, and ensuring the successful implementation of new system developments and enhancements. You will collaborate with business representatives and delivery teams to ensure best practices in technical solution development, delivering high-quality and cost-efficient solutions on time. This position reports directly to the Head of Cybersecurity Operations Programme Delivery.

What youll be doing

In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to define the Operations TOM and clear business outcomes, while capturing and maintaining traceable business and technical requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will ensure quality assurance of solutions against requirements, develop and support business case submissions, and provide programme insights to governance forums, including ExCo and Steering Committees.You will also be responsible for articulating and managing risks and dependencies across programmes and functions, supporting junior Business Analysts, and producing user test plans aligned with requirements. Additionally, you will manage governance processes, update operational processes to support new features and tools, and contribute to business transition plans to ensure smooth handover to BAU.Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

Who were looking for

Experience & Technical Skills:

• Minimum 5 years as a Business/Solution Analyst in IT projects.
• Proven experience in producing Target Operating Models and strategies.
• Strong skills in writing Use Cases, User Stories, and Acceptance Test Scenarios.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe preferred).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and JIRA/Confluence.
• Experience in technology delivery within complex organizations.
• Strong planning and reporting capabilities.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to manage changing priorities and aggressive timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
