Must have
- Experience working within a global organisation and with globally distributed development teams
- Proven ability to capture both explicit and implicit requirements and define appropriate solutions in collaboration with users, sponsors, and technology teams
- Experience in analysing systems and assessing user impact alongside engineers and business stakeholders
- Track record of contributing to improvements through innovative solutions, approaches, products, or services
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and respectfully articulate ideas and engage in collaborative discussions
- Ability to build effective networks and proactively seek collaboration opportunities
