We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a Data Governance & Data Management initiative supporting enterprise-wide data transformation. The role focuses on identifying and resolving data-related pain points, defining business-driven data solutions, and supporting delivery teams in implementing high-quality, value-driven outcomes.
The position involves close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders in an international environment.
Working model: Hybrid
- Initial phase: 3 days per week from the office (Wrocław)
- After onboarding: 2 days per week from the office
- Minimum 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Documented hands-on experience and delivery track record in Data Governance and Data Management initiatives.
- Strong understanding of both business and IT perspectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong structuring, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to clearly present business and technical topics using structured arguments and storytelling (verbal, written, and presentation formats).
- Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. DevOps or similar delivery models).
- Proficiency in English, enabling effective participation in international projects.
- University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

,[Engage with business and IT stakeholders to identify needs, analyze requirements, and map end-to-end data value chains., Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders., Understand and document business issues, underlying root causes, and expected business value., Propose pragmatic data solutions and define action plans aligned with business needs., Translate requirements into user stories and support delivery teams throughout implementation., Monitor and follow up on delivery progress with relevant product and data teams., Define the business scope for Data Quality dashboards, including: Description of KPIs and business expectations, Definition of Minimum Viable Product (MVP), Documentation of test plans and test scenarios, Acting as a facilitator between business stakeholders and data delivery teams., Document and maintain: Data lifecycles and data flows, Business processes and end-to-end value chains, Outcomes of analyses and studies, sharing results clearly with stakeholders., Build deep expertise in one or more data domains, providing functional guidance and support to stakeholders and colleagues., Contribute actively to data governance and data management practices across the organization.
