We are looking for an independent person for the position of Senior Business Analyst for the biotechnology project. The person on this position will be primarily responsible for conducting analysis and creating requirements for a specific component, but its also important to understand the overall project in a broader context. Were looking for someone who can connect the dots to the "big picture." Someone who is open to work in a hybrid model from Wroclaws office 2-3 times per week.

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience in obtaining, analyzing, and managing requirements documentation.
• Passion for thoroughly understanding and documenting complex issues.
• Experience with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, and other documentation tools.
• Ability to work with backlogs and prioritize tasks.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups and supporting them in reaching consensus.
  
• Willingness to work in-person at the Wrocław office, an average of 2-3 days per week.
• Understanding of technical aspects (e.g., API, frontend, backend).
• Experience working in regulated environments, preferably in the medical device industry, is a plus (e.g., IEC 62304).
