About the Project

The Procurement Intelligence Platform (PIP) is a strategic initiative focused on transforming procurement and supply chain management (SCM). The platform integrates GenAI capabilities—primarily Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) use cases—to enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and improve supplier collaboration.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the PIP project team. This role serves as a vital link between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that procurement and SCM requirements are effectively translated into actionable IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements related to procurement and SCM processes
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for the development team
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions between business and IT
• Support the integration of GenAI applications into the PIP platform, identifying use cases and contributing to solution design
• Ensure continuous alignment between business goals and technical implementation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in procurement or supply chain domains
• Strong IT background with the ability to communicate effectively with developers and technical teams
• High interest or hands-on experience with GenAI applications is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English (project language)
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in cross-functional teams and agile delivery models
