We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a strategic initiative within the Manufacturing Technologies product line. This role requires deep expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ideally Pharma Suite, and solid experience working in validated environments such as the pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high level of self-organization, exceptional coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
Project Scope:
The Business Analyst will work across multiple products and teams to gather and define business and technical requirements, support system usability improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including developers, testers, architects, and UX designers. The candidate will also support the Product Manager with project coordination tasks when required.

Elicit and define user, functional, and non-functional requirements
Conduct and facilitate workshops, including Design Thinking or Google Design Sprint sessions
Model and map business processes using tools like BPMN or Visio
Translate business needs into comprehensive technical specifications
Maintain traceability and lifecycle management of requirements
Cooperate closely with UX specialists and technical teams to deliver usable, user-centered solutions
Lead and coordinate work across multiple teams and projects (2-3 simultaneously)
Define project/release/sprint scope and prioritize requirements
Analyze existing processes, challenge assumptions, and propose improvements
Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation
Ensure compliance with validation requirements in a regulated environment
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, adjusting the level of detail as needed
Collaborate with Product Manager on PMO-level support (if applicable)

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
MES expertise is essential, ideally in Pharma Suite
Experience in validated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical industry)
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Advanced business analysis techniques: use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria
Strong process modeling and documentation skills
Familiarity with UX principles, prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Axure), and the User-Centered Design process
High level of analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making influence
Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams, mentor others, and drive project outcomes
Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and their distinctions
Experience in requirements traceability and change management
Comfortable using collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Slack, Zoom
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
