We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst in Generative AI (4–7 years of experience) for our client in the insurance industry, who can bridge the gap between AI innovation and business value. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business process analysis and GenAI solution implementation, with the ability to define and measure impact (KPI, ROI), and is proficient in platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, and Hugging Face.

Track usage, adoption, and performance of all deployed use cases
Define and report KPIs and business impact
Drive user onboarding, feedback collection, and enhancements
Lead change management, communication, and training
Share success stories, and measure ROI of AI efforts
Stakeholder Collaboration
Translate technical GenAI capabilities into business outcomes:
“Reducing customer support costs by 30% via AI agents.”
“Accelerating contract drafting by 50% with GPT-4-assisted tools.”
Manage expectations around probabilistic outputs (e.g., fact-checking workflows for GenAI content).
Performance & Governance
Develop GenAI-specific KPIs:
Token cost per interaction, user trust scores, automation rate.
Model drift detection and retraining triggers.
Design audit frameworks for regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, industry standards).
Technical & Tools
GenAI Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering.
Understanding of Gen AI specific terminologies e.g. tokens.
