Position: Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking an AI technology-oriented Business Analyst to join the Product Team. This role involves close cooperation with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and the technical team, offering long-term growth opportunities in AI and data-driven solutions. The platform supports the development of innovative AI solutions, enabling various user groups to implement their AI use cases by integrating advanced tools and cloud-based machine learning environments for seamless access to AI components and built-in governance frameworks.
Tasks waiting for you
- User Story Management: Create, review, and update User Stories and acceptance criteria, focusing on initial GxP platform qualification and subsequent releases. Set up User Stories within ServiceNow.
- System Validation Collaboration: Collaborate with Business/IT teams on business system validation process. Cooperate with the validation team to translate and match business requirements into user stories that the platform teams need to work on in an iterative way. Create new user stories and acceptance criteria to update platform GxP qualification requirements.
- User Feedback Facilitation: Facilitate user feedback meetings/workshops to translate user needs into actionable development directions for continuous improvement of TripleAI offerings. Communicate the resolution to users for verification and close the feedback loop.
- Use Case documentation: Help platform users shape and describe their specific use cases in a systematic and structural way to ensure customer success.Capture business value and foster solution reusability.
- Business Engagement by Introducing Platform Offerings: Holistic introduction of platform offerings to potential users. Understand user’s intention and objectives, be able to suggest the tool selection and initiate further discussion with respective platform teams.
- Meeting Business needs: Ensure that the technology solutions developed by the IT department (like software, system updates, or new applications) actually solve real-world business problems and deliver value to the organization.
You will be successful in this role if
- You have experience with AI and machine learning platforms such as Dataiku, AWS SageMaker, Databricks, Google Vertex AI, Azure Machine Learning, or similar tools.
- You are skilled at bridging communication between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- You are familiar with AI systems, data-driven solutions, and related requirements.
- You have knowledge of ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
- You are passionate about AI technologies and how they can be used to implement and scale real business cases.
- You are experienced in creating and managing User Stories and acceptance criteria, and understand how to maintain them within tools such as ServiceNow.
- You can effectively collaborate on system validation, translating business and compliance requirements into actionable development tasks.
- You are capable of facilitating user feedback sessions or workshops, transforming user needs into improvement opportunities and ensuring proper communication and follow-up.
- You can support users in documenting and structuring AI use cases, capturing business value and promoting solution reusability.
- You are able to introduce and explain platform offerings to potential users, understand their objectives, and recommend suitable tools or solutions.
- You focus on ensuring that technology solutions effectively address real business challenges and deliver measurable value.
- Familiarity with GxP or validated system environments will be considered an advantage.
