responsibilities :
Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements
Document functional and non-functional requirements with clarity and precision
Verify solutions through user acceptance testing and functional testing processes
Collaborate closely with IT and development teams to ensure solution alignment
Support project managers in stakeholder communication and project coordination
Maintain comprehensive documentation of decisions, changes, and project knowledge
Identify process improvement opportunities within business operations
Translate complex technical insights into understandable business terms
Ensure proposed solutions adhere to compliance and performance standards
Provide analytical insights to support data-driven decision-making
requirements-expected :
Proven experience in business analysis within IT or financial environments spanning at least 4 years
Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and best practices
Ability to craft clear, comprehensive requirement documentation
Experience in UAT and functional testing processes
Familiarity with analytical tools such as Jira and Confluence
Basic understanding of APIs, system architecture, and databases
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to operate effectively in complex project environments
Good command of English for technical documentation
