responsibilities :
Develop comprehensive functional concepts for refactoring, decommissioning, and rebuilding legacy banking systems.
Analyze, model, and optimize requirements and business processes, including their interfaces (As-Is vs. To-Be).
Create migration roadmaps to implement strategic business transformations.
Conduct workshops and interviews with business units to gather and document functional needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external service providers to deliver innovative banking solutions.
Continuously improve business analysis methods, incorporating AI and agile practices.
Support project teams with insights that drive effective decision-making and system evolution.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Consultant, or in a similar role within banking or credit systems.
Strong expertise in the functional design of banking and credit platforms.
Proven ability to analyze and translate complex business needs into functional specifications.
Experience in conducting workshops and interviews with business stakeholders.
Result-oriented, structured work approach with a solid technical understanding.
Excellent English communication skills — German language skills are a plus.
Demonstrated team spirit and ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary and international environments.
