Senior Business Analyst – CFO Transformation & Center of Excellence (CoE)
Your responsibilities
Process Improvement & Redesign
•Analyze and re-design end-to-end finance processes to eliminate inefficiencies, standardize practices, and enable scalability
•Apply a process improvement mindset to identify simplification, automation, and digital opportunities
AI & Technology Enablement
•Partner with technology teams to design and implement AI-enabled solutions (e.g., MS Copilot, predictive models, workflow optimization tools)
•Use Python scripting and automation frameworks for prototyping, data preparation, and process optimization
•Stay tech-savvy by evaluating emerging AI/automation tools and recommending fit-for-purpose solutions for finance
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
•Partner with finance functions and other business units
•Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to capture business process, requirements and align on priorities
•Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive buy-in and change adoption
Program & Change Management
•Support the design and execution of CFO transformation programs and initiatives
•Track progress, milestones, and risks to ensure timely delivery of outcomes
•Support change management, communications, and training activities to embed new ways of working
Governance & Standards
•Help define and maintain transformation frameworks, templates, and process documentation
•Ensure compliance with global standards and policies while allowing for regional/local flexibility
