We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a global team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Data Analytics reports.

Responsibilities:

1. Contacting business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
2. Identifying, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, processes, and workflows.
3. Translating business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
4. Validating designs that have been created to ensure they align with business requirements and fulfill the future state of the organization.
5. Identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
6. Recommending process improvements and assisting in their implementation.
7. Conducting workshops and training sessions.
8. Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
9. Defining strategy and translating strategic goals into backlog items using effective project realization methods.
10. Defining rules, metrics, and quality assessments for both project and operational backlogs.
11. Setting backlog priorities , overseeing execution, and ensuring high-quality results within agreed timelines.
12. Improving data processing efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Technical Master’s or Bachelor’s degree holder with 4 to 6 years of overall experience.
2. Gathering business requirements and designing analytics solutions.
3. Understanding fundamental programming principles.
4. Being familiar with Business Intelligence, SQL, Data Warehouses, Data Integration, Big Data solutions, and Streaming processing.
5. Demonstrating knowledge of analytics and reporting technologies such as SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI.
6. Understanding ETL tools like SSIS, MS Azure Synapse, and ADF.
7. Having familiarity with modern project management tools and processes (such as Azure DevOps, Agile, Scrum).
8. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
9. Possessing strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders in a complex, highly international environment.
