As our worker, you will join the community of over 300 Business Analysts at Sii. Our specialists develop applications dedicated to various sectors, eg. pharmaceutical, e-commerce, public, and many more!

In this case, you will join a department within the corporate banking area. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering and formalizing user requirements, contributing to the successful delivery of Corporate Clients domain applications. Your expertise in banking and Agile methodologies will be essential in ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our users and adhere to industry best practices.

Your tasks

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and formalize user requirements
• Organize and participate in meetings and workshops with users and contributors
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
• Write functional specifications in the form of EPICs, User Stories, BDDs, Acceptance Tests, etc.
• Organize and monitor UAT to ensure solutions meet user needs
• Identify, model, and map business processes and data
• Assist in drafting the functional architecture documentation

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Strong background in the banking industry
• Proven experience working within Agile frameworks
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Expertise in writing detailed functional specifications and documentation
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and data
