We are looking for a Senior Business and Data Analyst to join a commercial operations analytics (P2C) initiative within a global pharmaceutical organization. The role is fully remote (within EMEA time zone) and involves direct business partnering, deep data work and stakeholder collaboration.

Senior Business & Data Analyst

Your responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements with senior stakeholders
• Read and interpret SQL and stored procedures to understand business logic
• Document use cases, processes and requirements (functional/non-functional)
• Support data analysis and create dashboards using tools like Tableau or Thoughtspot
• Ensure traceability and quality of requirements through their lifecycle
• Help stakeholders translate business needs into clear data-driven decisions

Our requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business/data analysis
• Strong SQL and data exploration skills; Snowflake knowledge required
• Proven experience in process modeling and requirements engineering (UML, BPMN)
• Understanding of commercial operations (ideally pharma/life sciences)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with DataOne tools and architecture
