We are looking for a Senior Business and Data Analyst to join a commercial operations analytics (P2C) initiative within a global pharmaceutical organization. The role is fully remote (within EMEA time zone) and involves direct business partnering, deep data work and stakeholder collaboration.
responsibilities :
Gather and analyze requirements with senior stakeholders
Read and interpret SQL and stored procedures to understand business logic
Document use cases, processes and requirements (functional/non-functional)
Support data analysis and create dashboards using tools like Tableau or Thoughtspot
Ensure traceability and quality of requirements through their lifecycle
Help stakeholders translate business needs into clear data-driven decisions
requirements-expected :
10+ years of experience in business/data analysis
Strong SQL and data exploration skills; Snowflake knowledge required
Proven experience in process modeling and requirements engineering (UML, BPMN)
Understanding of commercial operations (ideally pharma/life sciences)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
