Overview
- Contributes to achieving agreed business objectives and sustainable and profitable growth of PepsiCo Beverages business.
- Co‑leads the development and execution of brands’ strategies and plans.
Responsibilities
- Business Performance: Contributes to delivery of agreed volume, revenue, profit and share of mouth (SOM) for Beverages in Non‑Anchor Markets (all European markets except the United Kingdom). Understands the business and competitive environment and recommends corrective actions to achieve financial goals, SOM and Brand Health KPIs.
- Strategic Planning: Contributes to the development of Brand Growth Strategy H1 and annual marketing activity calendar; facilitates BU amplification of Brand Calendar to deliver strong local plans with efficiency in mind; manages budget.
- Communication: Leverages campaigns available in the system for deployment across the European markets; leads communication development in cases where none of the available platforms address local needs.
- Execution: Works with Business Units and other functions to land marketing projects; ensures consumer centricity, effective use of resources and cross‑market learning sharing.
- Relationship Management: Effectively collaborates with other functions (Commercialization, Insights, internal agencies, legal/finance, etc.), other marketing teams (Global, Anchor markets, BUs) and external partners; executes information requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- University degree; Marketing/Management degree is an advantage.
- 6+ years of marketing experience, including creating communication campaigns.
- Experience with business processes: calendar planning, conducting marketing activities, brand/product launches, consumer research, budget control.
- Strong strategic thinking.
- Ownership and strong project management skills.
- Well organized, with attention to detail; comfortable with processes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to build cross‑functional relations.
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment and ability to work in complex set‑ups.
- Ability to work independently, self‑motivation and passion for learning and development.
- Fluent English.
- Readiness to work in a hybrid model: at least 3 working days in the office.
