Description: As a Senior Brand Designer (Paid Media) at Tabby, you’ll own how our brand shows up across all paid media channels. From bold brand ads to scroll‑stopping videos and memes that speak to culture, you’ll craft ideas that make people pause, laugh and believe in Tabby. You’ll be the creative engine behind our social and performance campaigns — shaping how millions across the region experience the brand every day.
We’re looking for a designer who lives and breathes the internet — someone who understands trends, knows what performs and can turn insight into irresistible visual stories. You’ll collaborate closely with our social, acquisition and brand teams to bring creative ideas to life across formats, markets and moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept, prototype and execute brand and marketing experiences for Tabby’s ads across all media channels.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, product and design to understand our products and customers and ensure visual consistency, high‑quality storytelling and a user‑centric approach across all touch points.
- Craft compelling stories and visuals for seasonal campaigns and creative launches in close collaboration with the wider Brand Studio.
- Own the visual consistency of paid media brand stream, making sure all outputs reflect Tabby’s tone, look and feel.
- Contribute to a cohesive Tabby brand identity platform and system (palette, components, type, motion, etc.).
- Use data and insights to inform design decisions and continually improve creative effectiveness.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 4+ years of experience in brand, marketing or paid media, ideally in a fast‑paced tech or consumer brand.
- Deep experience in AfterEffects and Figma, in addition to Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop); motion design experience is a mandatory requirement for the role.
- Worked on a variety of asset types, including OOH, paid ads, in‑store branding and digital media.
- Systems thinker who knows how to balance brand consistency with creative flexibility.
- Can manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, comfortable leading projects from start to finish.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and rationale to both creative and non‑creative partners.
- Fluent in English; Arabic design skills are a bonus.
