Senior Blue Prism Developer (Automation) Miejsce pracy: Kraków Technologies we use Expected Blue Prism Git Jira ServiceNow REST SOAP XML XSD About the project You will design, develop and deliver automation solutions that support complex business processes and help our clients accelerate their digital transformation. In this role, you can expect to work end‑to‑end on technical delivery, contribute to architectural decisions, and drive high engineering standards within the team. You will also collaborate closely with stakeholders and support knowledge sharing across the practice. Your responsibilities Design, build, test and deploy automation solutions for medium and high‑complexity processes Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and deliver components end‑to‑end Apply coding standards, frameworks and Agile practices throughout the project Create and maintain high‑quality technical documentation Identify risks and issues and communicate them to project stakeholders Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues Mentor junior developers and support knowledge‑sharing initiatives Participate in technical meetings and workshops with the client Our requirements 5 years of experience with Blue Prism and object‑oriented programming Strong ability to design and deliver new automations independently Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into automated solutions Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving mindset Experience with relational databases and data modeling Knowledge of communication standards such as REST, SOAP, XML or XSD Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jira and ServiceNow; experience working in Agile teams Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Very good command of English What we offer Practical benefits: yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.
