Responsibilities
- Supporting the design team in project execution
- Managing the setup, development, configuration and establishment of the Common Data Environment (CDE) for project use
- Setting up and managing BIM documentation for internal and external use
- Creating and reviewing BIM design models and coordinating multidisciplinary integration
- Supporting BIM‑specific processes and procedures where required
- Performing QA/QC checks on model assemblies
- Cooperating with engineers and designers of other disciplines
- Supporting other team members in their development
- Acting as the main point of contact and authority of BIM on a project, providing leadership and guidance
Qualifications
- All‑round knowledge of the construction industry and processes, across Architecture, Structure and MEP
- Understanding of multidisciplinary working practices and interdependencies
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- Fluent English – written and spoken
- 8+ years of relevant experience (appreciated)
- Advanced knowledge of CAD applications in a drafting/design or support role
- Advanced knowledge of BIM applications and standards
- Advanced knowledge of Common Data Environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience delivering training/learning, and presentation/demonstration skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment with multiple deadlines
