Youll be at the forefront of driving the end-to-end development of data products.

• Hybrid work with 1 day per week from the office in Warsaw (Śródmieście)

Duties

• Requirement and specification review and analysis based on the project documentation
• Work closely with the customer and stakeholders
• Assess front-end mock up vs. available data sources and propose the most efficient way to pre-process and store data to feed into the visualizations
• Develop requirement specifications
• Analyze existing datasets and related metadata in the existing data catalog
• Developing comprehensive requirement specifications to estimate costs, time, and resources for deploying solutions, ensuring clarity and accuracy in written communication aligned with customer language standards
• Perform data analysis, source-to-target mapping preparation, and quality assurance of data
• Elaborate business use cases, validate assumptions, formalize, and prioritize user stories
• Collect and clarify Data source metadata and business descriptions of data
• Confirm with the business of Data Quality checks and rules for data validation
• Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in BI, data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI preffered)
• Experience in Data Product Management and SQL (creation of Conceptual, Logical, and Physical data models)
• Working knowledge of databases and database structures to enable articulating data concepts between business-focused, functional, and technical data users
• Excellent communication skills (crucial for effective dialogue with stakeholders).
• The ability to formulate strategies for stakeholder involvement
• Experience with large-scale, complex projects
• Strong leadership skills, be proactive in dealing with challenges, and be able to build roadmaps for the product.
