About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Analyst focusing on web analytics. Your responsibilities will include tracking, collecting, and analyzing data from different sources, developing campaign strategies and funnels, optimizing and reporting online campaign performance, based on collected data.

The candidate must have hands‑on experience in all analytical and digital platforms, like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, Facebook Pixel, Firebase, Appsflyer, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the games’ rules
  • Setup, monitor and standardize digital tools across all GEOs (GTM, GA4, Appsflyer, Redtrack, etc)
  • Collect and analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral data from different channels
  • Test campaigns, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase campaign performance
  • Develop and present outcomes from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations
  • Develop digital campaign and web measurement strategies
  • Create dashboards, data visualizations, campaign and website performance reports
  • Monitor and analyze digital media/website/campaigns performance in different regions and address issues to corresponding teams
  • Setup tracking of new advertising campaigns/channels on request
  • Provide guidance, training and support on creating tracking links, funnels, pixels, conversions
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess goals (ROI, CPA, LTV, etc)
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end‑to‑end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with statistical models
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a big plus
  • Strong knowledge of tracking and analytical tools – GTM, Google Analytics 4, Facebook Pixel, Appsflyer, Google Ads conversions, ad trackers, etc
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, LTV, etc
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced team environment
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, as well as SEM, media buying, influencer marketing, etc
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to make data‑driven decisions
  • Ability to work with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, Similarweb, Heepsy, Ads Managers, Google Ads, programmatic platforms, etc. (certifications are a plus)

  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Excel

  • Ability to work with large datasets and utilise SQL or Python for data analysis
  • Effective communication skills to present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to adapt to fast‑changing digital marketing trends and emerging tools
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
