What You’ll Be Doing  

As a Senior Backup Specialist within our Global Delivery division, you’ll play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining Commvault Backup & Recovery solutions for some of our largest enterprise clients.

You’ll also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and Global Support to ensure the delivery of top-tier solutions. 

We are open to candidates from anywhere in Poland. The role will primarily be remote, with occasional travel to the office as needed.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Develop and implement customized solutions using a portfolio of products, including Commvault Backup & Recovery and Hitachi’s proprietary technologies. 
  • Project Leadership: Take technical ownership of projects, from troubleshooting to leading customer workshops, ensuring successful outcomes. 
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work alongside Project Managers to drive projects forward, and support virtual account teams by partnering with Pre-Sales, Sales, and partners on opportunities and RFPs. 
  • Customer Engagement: Build and nurture technical relationships with key stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities for incremental business. 
  • Knowledge Sharing: Participate in regional Subject Matter Expert groups to enhance personal and team knowledge. 
  • Documentation: Record and communicate client feature requests and issues to ensure continuous improvement. 

What You’ll Bring:  

  • Extensive experience in Commvault Backup & Recovery solutions. 
  • Technical Expertise: Broad knowledge of infrastructure environments, including Storage, Network, Compute, and Operating Systems. 
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Innovative Mindset: A proactive approach to solving complex challenges creatively. 
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
