Currently, we’re working with a client specialising in AI solutions at scale. The platform helps automate and scale ML processes, allowing access regardless of technical prowess. 

Please note that working within this project means some availability for meetings in EST timezone (mainly till 19:00, usually no later than 17:00) and fluent English.

• Building and enhancing services that enable unstructured data connectivity ,

• Ensuring core services are reliable, scalable, and maintainable,

• Writing production-grade Python code,

• Collaborating across a globally distributed team ,

• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and developing automated tests,

• Working with product and technical stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure alignment with business and platform goals.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer using Python ,

• Strong foundation in distributed systems,

• Familiarity with FastAPI/Flask , async programming,

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, MongoDB, Redis ,

• Knowledge of gRPC/REST APIs , and secure authentication (OAuth, JWT),

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools,

• Bonus: LDAP/SAML, external identity providers, Active Directory,

• Must be proactive , self-directed, and able to consistently deliver high-quality results with minimal
