Scope of work: Support in further project development.
We are looking for an experienced software engineer with Kotlin experience to join our team of developers supporting a German client in digitalizing their processes. The main scope of work is further development of existing support for greenfield applications with a specific scenario regarding insurance of leased items.
responsibilities :
Developing new features that meet customer requirements.
Proposing new solutions to challenges encountered in the project.
Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs to ensure quality, stability, and maintainability of the code base.
Collaborating with other developers, test engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
requirements-expected :
Demonstrated proficiency in Kotlin and previous experience with other JVM languages.
Good knowledge of architecture related topics and principles.
Experience in implementing queuing systems like Kafka.
Familiarity with more SQL-centric approaches to operate on data such as JOOQ (you will meet it in project).
Strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with JVM testing libraries (we are using KoTest).
Excellent command in English (at least B2+).
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication and organizational skills.
Focus on writing high-quality, stable, and easy-to-maintain code.
