At Box, we are seeking a talented Senior Backend Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development of Box Metadata Extract, a key component that will enable businesses to automate data extraction from documents, improve workflows with intelligent metadata extraction and categorization, and enhance compliance and data management efficiency. At Metadata Extract, we aim to empower our users to gain deeper insights from their content, automate routine tasks to save time and reduce errors, and ultimately build smarter, more scalable workflows.
As part of this team, your mission will be to ensure that the metadata extractor is designed with the best architecture and security standards in mind. Your focus will be on ensuring that the system is flexible enough to guarantee seamless integration of its capabilities into the Box platform, complementing existing tools for secure collaboration, content management, and workflow automation.
