Our Founders started their previous company after meeting while coding in Computer Science class. With just $2,000 in savings, the two bootstrapped their first company to $25 million in ARR - and profitably - in just 5 years. How You Operate:
- Pragmatic: you like to move forward and make decisions based in reality (not theory). We dont debate if Cassandra has the most theoretical scalability -- we use Postgres until it breaks

- High speed: we deploy to production at least once a day and constantly strive to move faster. We take full ownership for our work and commit all-in
- Curious: you love to learn, are highly curious about new frameworks and solutions to engineering problems
As of today, we have only 2 out of 8 Senior Backend Engineer seats left on our team.
What You Bring:
- 6+ yrs of total backend software development experience incl. testing
- Experience in one more more programming languages (we are agnostic to your language experience)
- Experience managing long-term software development complexity in a business-logic heavy project
- Experience launching products from start to finish (incl. building CI/CD)
- Experience with building and testing APIs
- Experience with database management systems, SQL, ORMs, and data migrations
- Experience integrating with various 3rd-party, preventing negative outcomes and managing unexpected risks
- Experience deploying AWS (or similar) cloud services
- Willingness to work hard and ship product at high velocity, especially on Fridays
