responsibilities :
working on the project
create high-quality backend applications
participate in software code reviews
have a direct contact with clients and advise in their decision making process
share knowledge with the rest of the team
improve internal web development processes
requirements-expected :
at least 4 years of commercial programming experience as a backend developer or fullstack developer with backend focus
solid understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript
deep experience with Node.js (NestJS)
familiarity with AWS or other cloud providers
hands-on experience with AI tools for coding, testing, and documentation, and supporting teammates with common technical challenges
strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL)
solid understanding of HTTP protocol, REST APIs, and web communication patterns
we appreciate experience with React.js, HTML, and CSS in occasional frontend work
experience with backend testing frameworks and testing strategies
very good command of English and Polish (written and spoken)
