Work on fullstack creating applications and internet platforms using the latest advanced technologies for foreign clients (High-tech projects using NLP, LLMs, ChatGPT API, GCP, and also CV, object detection, SLAM, etc.). Ensuring UX/UI Coherence and taking the responsibility for code standards and quality from the team leader perspective.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience
• Strong technical background
• Experience in commercial projects as a Fullstack Developer
• High proactivity in various activities
• Excellent communication skills - preferably showing your expertise in that field to the rest of the team
• Expert-level analytical skills, with a strong data-driven approach
• English proficiency (level C1 or higher)
• Eagerness to keep up with technology trends
• Experience from out-of-the-box projects - we want you to be able to bring new experience to our team.
• Nice to have is experience in MedTech/BioTech, knowledge of ISO/EN standards
• Preferably knowledge of documentation writing
• Experience in AI/LLMs/Data Science is also welcome!

Task range:

• Writing code according to detailed project specifications and product requirements
• Ensuring UX/UI Coherence
• Taking responsibility for code standards and quality
• Providing support for the rest of the team and internal projects with diverse technological stacks
• If well experienced then also team-leading :)
• In addition, we will be happy to invite you to an online meeting with the client to discuss the technicalities of the project itself.

We develop software for self-driving robots, biotech companies, IoT, or data-driven companies, among others. We create our own internal products (e.g., our social live selling platform) and work with both foreign and Polish clients - including American Fortune 500 companies and unicorns.

• Whenever possible and necessary, we work in teams, so you can always discuss a topic with someone
• You have an influence on the choice of tools, technologies, and technological solutions proposed to the client
• You have a real impact on the product we create together (we consider every feedback)
• We reject clients that are hard to work with, so you dont get stuck
