Title: Senior Backend Developer

Tasks and Role:

• Youd be the go-to person for making sure everyones on the same page, both within your team and across other teams.
• Youll be diving deep into developing new micro-services in Go and maintaining existing solution in PHP, working closely with other team members to modernize our marketplace app.
• Were really keen on someone whos excited about digging deep into Go, helping us build cutting-edge marketplace app. Think building APIs, job workers, message consumers, and all that good stuff. And of course, youll be making sure our code is bulletproof with unit and functional tests.
• Were all about agile approach, so youll be right at home with practices like extreme programming, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Pair-Programming.
• Weve got a whole toolbox of tech to play with, and youll be there to make sure were using the right ones for the job.
• Were all about keeping things flat and moving fast around here, so theres plenty of room for your ideas and decisions happen quick.

Candidates Profile:

• Were looking for someone with at least 6 years in PHP and 2 years in Go, whos got their hands dirty with Laravel or Symfony recently.
• Experience-wise, wed love to see youve worked with API, async jobs and messaging tools like RabbitMQ, Amazon SNS/SQS.
• Data storage is your thing, whether its MySQL, NoSQL, or whatever else.
• Git? Youve got it covered.
• We need someone who has experience in working in agile team, is motivated, responsible, and always hungry to learn.
• And hey, being a mentor to your peers? Thats just part of the deal.
• Nice to Have:
• If youve got experience handling loads of data or working in tightly integrated setups, thats a big plus.
• REST APIs are your jam, and youve designed and reviewed your fair share of complex integrations.
• Familiarity with tools like Terraform and AWS would definitely come in handy.

Work type: remote, but with occasional travel to one of the offices (2-4 times per year), to meet with your colleagues
