We are currently looking for a Senior Backend Engineer willing to join a project for our strategic client – one of the largest manufacturing companies from Sweden, offering IoT solutions and assets management. In this role you will join a team of passionate engineers responsible for development and maintenance of business critical microservices such as integrations, payments as well as user identity, authorization and access management.

responsibilities :
Develop microservices based on Typescript & NodeJS for business core components.
Design and develop company’s microservices including internal Identity and Access Management (IAM) service
Design and develop cloud native applications based on AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB and EventBridge
Work closely with the Architects & SRE team and follow security & reliability standards
Design and implement automated unit/integration/performance tests
Collaborate with the team and drive it while ensuring high code quality and standards
Be actively involved in designing and developing reliable & secure backend features/functions
Work with continuously delivered (CI/CD) systems
requirements-expected :
Min. 5 years of experience as a backend/full stack developer, with recent projects in TypeScript/Python or Node.JS
Familiarity with Identity Access Management systems & solutions (IAM), ideally with proven record in designing and implementing custom IAM solutions
Understand the concepts of Policy Enforcement/Decision/Information/Administration Points
Be able to define statements governing management and access of objects (NLPs) as well as define and implement digital policies (DP) within application code
Creating and running test automation with holistic approach including system, performance smoke and E2E tests (full testing pyramid)
Ability to share your knowledge, experiences, and opinions on the forum via technology demos/brainstorming sessions.
Willingness to grow and learn with a passion for creating new solutions.
Experience in working closely with product and design teams as well as doing pair programming in small, agile, and cross-functional teams.
Providing mentorship and helping others expose their potential via straight, fact-based, and constructive feedback.
Being a Team Player, and being able to help people to grow and guide decision-making processes.
Fluent verbal and written skills in Polish and English.
