As an Azure Developer Engineer, your core responsibilities involve designing, developing, and deploying applications on the Azure platform. You will work within one or more Scrum teams, taking on the role of Lead Engineer with a focus on Azure and integration expertise.

Act as the Lead Engineer and subject matter expert for Azure technologies.
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to ensure effective and scalable designs.
Drive solution proposals by proactively addressing technical challenges.
Guide development teams through the implementation of complex Azure-based solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
Run technology spikes and support teams in adopting new tools and practices.
Partner with DevOps teams to design and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
Encourage automation to minimize manual tasks and enhance efficiency.
Ensure security requirements are addressed in solution design.
Communicate directly with stakeholders when necessary to align on expectations and progress.
Promote open knowledge sharing across teams to strengthen collective expertise.
requirements-expected :
7+ years of hands-on experience in Azure application development
5+ years working with Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Application Insights
Strong integration experience using Azure technologies (e.g. Functions, Service Bus)
Skilled in writing unit tests and leveraging Application Insights for monitoring
Proficient in C# and JavaScript
Experience with Power Platform tools (Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Admin Center)
Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot and their practical applications
Strong industry knowledge and awareness of best practices
Solid understanding of process development and optimization
Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
Capable of working independently and managing priorities
Strong facilitation, prototyping, and stakeholder engagement skills
Delivers high-quality outcomes with a focus on value and client satisfaction
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
