Your responsibilities
- Participate as a member of the Cloud Governance Board, helping to define and guide the organization's AWS strategy and best practices.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve multi-account AWS environments using Terraform.
- Contribute to cost optimization and FinOps initiatives, including monitoring, reporting, and analysis of AWS spending.
- Stay up to date with AWS and cloud industry trends, recommending new tools or approaches when beneficial.
- Mentor and support other engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
- Collaborate with global teams and work closely with both local and remote stakeholders.
- Engage in hands-on engineering: Terraform, Python, Bash, CI/CD (GitHub).
Employer requirements
- Solid experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure and Terraform-based IaC.
- Strong understanding of AWS services, networking, and multi-account architectures.
- Practical experience with Python or Bash scripting.
- Exposure to cost management/FinOps practices in cloud environments is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to coach or mentor other engineers.
- AWS certification is a plus.
- Optional: familiarity with cloud security best practices.
