In this role you will be responsible for:
- Support negotiations and help maintain partnerships with airlines to secure competitive rates and terms.
- Manage flight allocations, availability, and scheduling for tour packages.
- Monitor aviation trends and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency, recommend improvements, and support operational efficiency.
- Contribute to flight program planning and meet management.
- Collaborate closely with the Centre of Excellence (CoE) Aviation Department and SkyUp to ensure aligned strategies and optimize resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of flight services into travel itineraries.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company standards and policy.
Professional experience and skills:
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in aviation operations, flight support, dispatch, or a related aviation services function.
- Strong knowledge of international aviation regulations.
- Experience with flight planning systems, airport/airspace procedures.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions in time‑sensitive or high‑pressure situations.
- High level of English.
- Strong level of Polish.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in shifts or flexible hours when required.
- Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- University degree in Aviation, Transportation, Logistics, or a related touristic field.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with aviation industry changes.
