The Automation Tester will be a part of the Scrum team located in Warsaw, with the Product Owner on the Danish side. The team is responsible for building from scratch a .NET-based, Java, Azure application called Elements.
Planning and defining quality levels for new and existing features
Defining test scenarios and test cases for new and existing features
Designing, creating, and maintaining automated tests for different solution areas
Writing automated Playwright tests based on user stories or another test basis with a risk-based approach
Executing tests and documenting deviations in the form of bug reports
Active participation in Refinements, Planning, and Estimation sessions within the Scrum Team
Performing manual, exploratory testing
Sharing QA practices with developers (teaching them how to ensure quality)
Working in close cooperation with solution architects, developers, and POs, gathering business knowledge, and supporting local teams of testers and developers
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of professional experience in functional testing
At least 2 years of professional experience in automated testing
Experience in TypeScript or Java
Deep knowledge and experience in testing frameworks and tools (like Playwright or Selenium)
Experience in FE and BE testing (API, Postman, Swagger, Figma, SQL)
Working experience in Scrum and distributed teams
Planning/Refinement/Estimation skills
Have a focus on Customer needs/requirements
ISTQB knowledge
Higher education in computer science or a related field
Fluency in communication both in English and Polish
Ability and attitude to learn new things
Good communication skills
