For our Client from banking industry we are looking for IT Automation Tester Senior - 3 days at the office REQUIRED

✔ Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in test automation within IT projects.
- Strong experience working on complex systems and large-scale projects.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coach team members.
- Strong knowledge of C# programming.
- Experience with Selenium for UI test automation.
- Experience with SpecFlow and BDD-based testing.
- Experience in API testing (REST).
- Knowledge of JSON and XML standards.
- Knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Basic knowledge of HTML.
- Familiarity with relevant testing standards, tools, and best practices.

,[Plan testing activities and define test strategies.Write clear and maintainable test cases, both manual and automated, preferably using a BDD approach., Create, execute, and maintain automated test suites.Execute test cases and analyze results., Report test execution status and provide clear, structured test reports, .Identify, raise, and track defects, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up., Work independently on complex testing problems within defined areas of expertise., Take ownership of ongoing project tasks and deliver them autonomously., Proactively communicate potential risks, issues, and quality concerns, and propose effective solutions., Drive the implementation of testing best practices across projects., Lead, train, and coach other project members in testing and automation practices., Provide mentoring support and actively contribute to improving test environments and testing processes at a portfolio level.
